Marylebone Storage is open 365 days a year.
You'll be able to access your storage unit between 8am and 10pm, 7 days a week.
Our telephone lines are open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Major moves in or out of your storage unit are only permitted between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

Yes. You'll need your own padlock to make sure you are the only key-holder for your storage unit. This will ensure your unit is securely locked at all times.

Yes. The goods in your storage unit remain your responsibility. You are required to have insurance cover against loss or damage to your goods during the period of storage. If your goods are worth storing, they should be insured! You can buy insurance from us or arrange your own.

The minimum term for renting a storage unit is 6 months. After this 6 month period, you can cancel your unit at any time.

No. We try to keep out prices as competitive as possible, but we're not able to offer any discounts or special offers.

The price quoted on our website includes all taxes. Buying a padlock and packing materials is your responsibility.
You must purchase insurance for your storage unit. You can either arrange this yourself, or you can buy insurance from us ("StoreProtect") on the booking page. The price of StoreProtect varies depending on the value of the goods you're storing in your unit.

We'll charge your debit/credit card every calendar month.
If you cancel your contract during a month, we're unable to provide a refund for the remainder of that month.

You can stay as long as you like!

You can move in the next day after booking. You need to have completed your booking and paid for the first month before you can move in.

We try to help our customers wherever possible. If you need a smaller/bigger storage unit, and we have availability, we'll aim to move you across. There's no fee for changing, but the monthly rent will be adjusted according to the size of the new unit. Moves can't be arranged during the initial 6 month period.

We only take payment via credit card or debit card.
We can't accept cheques, bank transfer or Direct Debit.

You can get access to your unit whenever you need to during our opening hours (see website for opening hours).

Yes. Individuals and businesses can rent storage units at Marylebone Storage. Note, our storage units can only be used for storage - they cannot be used for operations or as offices. See our Terms & Conditions for more details.

On arrival at the concierge desk in Dorset House, you'll need to show the concierge team your Marylebone Storage ID card (this is given to you when you first move in). Customers are required to sign-in on arrival.

No. We don't take a deposit.

StoreProtect does not provide cover items including:
× Food or perishable goods;
× Jewellery, watches, precious stones, precious metals, and stamps of all kinds exceeding £1,000 combined total;
× Furs, fine art, perfumery, tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, beers, wines, spirits and the like exceeding £15,000 combined total; and
× Electronic Items exceeding £25,000 combined total.
